The fees are listed in §7-1-13.4 and are payable to the West Virginia State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers.  Fees shall be paid by check or money order and are non-refundable. The Board shall return an application received without the proper fee to the applicant.

***Late Fees - A renewal fee (PE, Retired or COA) postmarked after July 1 is considered late, and the Board  shall assess the registrant a penalty in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the fee per month of delay for up to 90 days.  A renewal postmarked after October 1 will be rejected and returned, and the registration or COA will be void without hearing.
