Renewal Services Inactive/Lapsed Status

Inactive/Lapsed Status

A registrant may request "Inactive" status if they do not wish to renew their license in any given year or if they have not accumulated adequate professional development hours by the renewal deadline.  Registrants who fail to respond to the annual renewal will automatically default to "Lapsed" status.

A registrant may bring an "Inactive" or "Lapsed" license to "Active" status by applying for reinstatement, obtaining all delinquent PDH's and paying the appropriate reinstatement fees.  The number of PDH's required shall be no less than fifteen (15) and no more than thirty (30).
